Professionalism
With a background deeply rooted in aviation, I understand the importance of carrying a prompt and courteous attitude with my clients. I have a multitude of customer service experience through various jobs I have worked over the years from United Airlines at Chicago O’Hare Airport to Amazon Seller Support. I ensure my vehicle is clean, sanitized and well-maintained in preparation for every ride. I assist with loading and unloading baggage, walkers and other items and I am also pet-friendly for those that travel with animals. In addition to the above, I understand the importance of being flexible and always try to accommodate last minute adjustments when and where possible.
Safety
Safety is a top priority operating a ground transportation service and nothing speaks “safety” more than operating a state-licensed business and carrying the proper level of insurance – both of which I proudly carry and are readily displayed within the vehicle. My vehicle is also equipped with a 3-channel dash-cam system, featuring an internal camera for added security and peace of mind. As a pilot and air traffic control student, we are trained to pay attention to many fine details. Scanning for traffic and conflict are at the top of the list and I carry those very traits into my driving to ensure you arrive where you need to be safe and secure!
Comfort
Aside from Reliability, Professionalism, and Safety – comfort is one of my top priorities with my clients. My vehicle boasts a tan leather interior (which stays cooler in the summer heat), LED floor lighting, individual climate control, seating for up to 7 passengers (with limited trunk space), easy access running boards for safely stepping into and out of the vehicle, complimentary water, snacks, cellphone holders, and a multi-cable charge port. My vehicle is easier to find in a crowded terminal with a personalized license plate “AJ 2DAY.” Your trip, whether it be to the airport, cruise terminal, or doctor’s appointment, begins and ends with me – And your comfort is a priority for me during this time!
About AJ2Day Transportation
AJ2Day Transportation was formed on March 20th of 2023 as an official Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) registered through the state of Florida (License Number: L23000139886). It is a commercially auto-insured transportation service through Cable Livery Insurance for prearranged transportation within the state of Florida. (***PLEASE NOTE*** This is NOT a local taxi service for on-demand rides – Advanced notice is required!). I began transporting people out of Sugarmill Woods back in October of 2021 with a neighbor. After meeting and working with a number of other drivers in the county, I realized there was a strong enough demand for a reliable transportation service and I decided to break off on my own as I had many clients specifically requesting me and complimenting me on my driving, baggage assistance, and conversation.
As described above, I strive to provide a reliable, professional, and comfortable experience for all of my passengers with safety being the top priority. Commercial auto insurance is critical to this goal. This insurance is only possible to obtain as a licensed business and is expensive, yet crucial to carry as it not only means that the driver is protected, but also passengers and their belongings that are paying for the service. It is often overlooked by many that are seeking to hire a driver, but should be noted that regular auto insurance does not protect passengers that are paying for a business transportation service. When you hire a driver, this should be a top priority on everyone’s mind – Check if your driver runs a licensed business and if they are commercially insured! Again, this is not only for driver safety, but also for yours and your personal belongings.

I’m 37 years old and reside in Cypress Village, Sugarmill Woods. I am distantly related to Abner Doubleday (Civil War, Union General) who is partially credited with the invention of baseball and the Doubleday Publishing Company. I studied aviation for a profession – Specifically air traffic control. I also hold a private pilot certificate with minor courses of study in meteorology (weather).
I am very well versed in and have many connections within the aviation industry – I’ve been known to pass along flight information to friends in the tower in hopes of expediting and short-cutting flights for folks, which they can do now and again within reason! I also was involved in law enforcement in the northern suburbs of Chicago for a number of years as a police explorer and then honorary member. I carry many of these traits into my driving – I’m safe, efficient, and very situationally-aware of my surroundings. I’m assertive with my driving – Always looking for traffic conflicts and escape routes with the hectic driving so many of us see on the road these days.
I am very knowledgeable with the local area and can provide many contacts and resources for things to do if you are vacationing or just want to get out and do things. I work closely with Homosassa Taxi for excess prearranged transportation needs. I am an avid pool player in my free time and have built many friendships with locals in various industries and fields in this community. I will find you “a guy/gal for that!”
